LO: Beautiful.
Hello! How lucky am I to have time to do a layout "just for fun"!?
I saw this lovely, lovely mood board on Life.Paper.Scrapbook, isn't it just so summary.
Heippa! Kuinka onnekas olenkaan kun löysin aikaa tehdä sivun ihan vaan huvin vuoksi!?
Näin tämän ihanan, ihanan inspiraatiokuvan Life.Paper.Scrapbook sivulla, se on jotenkin niin ihanan kesäinen että oli pakko päästä tekemään sivu tuon kuvan innoittamana.
I started by picking up to right papers, wanted to have a little touch of pink to my LO - as there is pink in the picture too. Background is made with familiar techniques like doodling, stamping and masking.
This layout tells obviously about beautiful things, to be more specific about spring and how everything green and every bit of light just jumps in to my eyes after long and dark winter. I took this photo at my sisters, she has so lovely new apartment, big windows - lots of light! And the tulips, my favorite flowers ever! Can I praise spring, light and tulips enough? Don't think so! This is a page I'll look many, many times during next fall and winter ;)
Aloitin valikoimalla oikeat paperit, halusin vähän pinkkiä sivuuni kun kuvastakin sitä löytyy myös. Taustan tein tutuilla tekniikoilla kuten piirtelyllä, leimailulla ja maskien avulla.
Sivu kertoo kauniista asioista, tarkemmin keväästä ja kuinka kaikki vihreä ja jokainen valon pisara suorastaan hyppää silmilleni pitkän ja pimeän talven jälkeen. Nappasin kuvan siskoni luota, hänen ihanasta uudesta asunnostaan, isot ikkunat - paljon valoa! Ja tulppaanit, lempikukkaseni! Voinko kehua kevättä, valoa ja tulppaaneja riittävästi? Tuskin! Tätä sivua tulen katselemaan monta, monta kertaa ensi syksyn ja talven aikana ;)

ReplyDeleteI have forgotten what that is like... :( was just thinking the other day that sometimes all the other stuff takes the fun out of scrapping. I need to get back to that. This is beautiful. Love that background with the teal gesso. So fab. Such a beautiful photo Terhi... I love your attention to detail. Everytime I come back to your layouts I see something new.
