Happy Saturday! All blogs and social media channels are full of Holiday spirit, but instead of continuing it, I'm sharing some summer vibes with bright colors over at Create A Smile blog, here (link).Photographing is one of the greatest inventions man has ever done, at least I think so. I could stare beautiful pictures for hours. Subject doesn't have to be meaningful and pretty, even well-photographed iron wire can be worth a picture, worth of my staring.
I love to play with light, like in this photograph. Sun was setting and it was late August so the light wasn't white, it was more like yellow and orange and gave a beautiful soft tone to everywhere. And the light hit perfectly to my girl's and mother's faces. And they were smiling, not posing, just smiling.
There was many happy things in that specific moment. Photographing, perfect lighting, my children, my mother, spending time outside... List is long.
Scrapbooking a photograph like this is the best therapy ever. The colors gives so much, and remembering and re-living those happy moments is priceless. After making the this layout I thought about how to process of making is so pleasing that I wouldn't even mind if something happens for the layout, it goes broken or I would lost it. It's all about making, it really is.
Well, tomorrow we'll be back having some Holiday Spirit here in my blog, too. Countdown To Christmas continues with a real fun theme! And of course we have something to give away, so welcome back tomorrow!
Thank you for coming today!
