Hello all! I'm excited - it's Christmas Eve tomorrow! Here in Finland, or at least in my family, we have our great Christmas meal at Christmas Eve. Also, traditionally Santa comes during the Christmas Eve to share some presents (hopefully! ;)). Our daughters are so anxious, I think they can't even sleep next night.
Anyway, today I'm sharing my last project for A2Z Scrapbooking, original post can be found here (link). I made a London layout - there's me and my dear husband in Piccadilly Circus taking a selfie.
I bought this “I love London, baby!” sticker from a souvenirs shop. Always a pleasure to find cool stuff from somewhere not scrapbook related places.
I started to build my page with a stencil and PanPastels. There's some stamping and lots of paper layers and thread. Lately I’ve done a lot of doodling – as in this layout, I draw paper lines with a pencil. It gives nice depth to a page, extra interest.

Now, take your Christmas mood on, and have yourself a Merry Christmas!
Hugs!

Good morning everyone! My day on A2Z Scrapbooking blog, original post can be found here (link). I thought to use encouragement stamps as a title. This "it's an awesome day" might be meant for some birthday card etc., but works perfectly on a scrapbook layout, too!
As you can see, here is a video for you - enjoy it!
Somehow I need to use these bright and colorful papers now that it is so dark here in Finland. We have day light only max. eight hours a day, and it's just getting darker and darker. Seeing colorful papers makes me happy, that's why you can find so many colors from this layout, too.
And crapping those summer pics is so therapeutic now. Maya took this picture last summer when we were having a picnic with my friend's family. So fun: lots of sun, lots of friends and kids, lots of laugh... And too much bees! Yep, as soon as we opened our lunch boxes, we were attacked by hundreds of bees! We had to take our blankets and baskets and leave really, really quickly. We moved to have our picnic lunch to our house, where we had our lunch in peace, without any bees.
Oh summer...
If you need anything from our awesome store (link), please use my code “TERHI15″ to receive 15% off your total order of $25 or more.
Thank you for stopping by today!

Hello all! That same little princess that is in the picture, just went last night to her very first Halloween party with her sister - little one dressed as Cinderella and Maya as The Sleeping Beauty. What else could we ever expect. Girlies wanted to have some make-up, eye shadow, blusher and lipstick - can't wait to print those pics and scrapbook them!
Anyway, this is a layout for A2Z Scrapbooking November Challenge. Challenge theme is to ANYTHING GOES. Participation couldn't be any easier! Just use at least one Hero Arts stamps, die or stencil and link your project (card, layout, canvas, art journal...you name it) to A2Z Scrapbooking blog. You can win a gift certificate to their store, so I definitely recommend to take a part.
My layout tells about my little princess, and her first wedding experience. We went to my friend's wedding party last summer and you can imagine how important it was for her to look like a princess herself. Also, how important it was for her to see "a real princess" (=bride) wearing a big and shiny white wedding dress. We didn't even have to ask her to sit still in church, she was completely mesmerized, as her big sister too.
Do ever leave your pages without a title? This wasn't the first time for me, but journaling comes to very important position if there isn't any title - my journaling was so long I wrote to the backside of the layout. Almost the whole page is now covered with my story.. It's probably not the easiest way to read it, but it's there as a secret letter ;)
If you need anything from Hero Arts, hop on to A2Z Scrapbooking store and use my code "TERHI15" to get 15% off your order :)

Have a pleasant Sunday and thank you for stopping by!

Hello all! I've been designing for A2Z Scrapbooking (Hero Arts retailer) for four months now. All my creations have been cards or layouts this far - today I'll show how much more can be done with Hero Arts than just cards. Original post can be found here.
I started to create this canvas with two Hero Arts's stencil and modelling paste. Then lots of mists, lots of flowers, lots of gesso and I decorated those lovely chipboards (Creative Embellishments) with Hero Arts embossing powder. So yes, Hero Arts is so much more than stamps :)
I thought this little (8" x 8") canvas is perfect to decorate my walls at the office. How about you, do you have any of your own creations somewhere else than your home/studio?

Hei vaan kaikki!

Material used: Hero Arts, Creative Embellishments, Prima Marketing, Ranger, Heidi Swapp, Liquitex.
